One of our clients based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for an Account Administrator to join their busy team. This is an important position in the business, supporting all their clients and the logistics. Main duties will include: Confirming details for the diaries of Field-Based trainers by both phone and email. Regular contact with Field-Based trainers. Communication with clients for organisation of various training courses and responding to training requests with existing customers. Compiling and sending course joining instructions via email. Sending e-confirmation documents for training dates, including costing and course content. Travel arrangements within UK and overseas (flights, accommodation, car hire, airport parking etc.). Ensuring CRM system is kept updated with all relevant information. Answering & directing phone calls and taking messages. Type of candidate; Confident, motivated team-player and problem solver. Individual who can work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced and changing environment. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and processes. Strong attention to detail and organisation skills. Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
