The Office Administrator Role The successful Office Administrator will be supporting the day-to-day smooth running and efficiencies, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms also compiling commercial building surveying reports. Alongside completing the following duties - Office administration Arranging travel bookings Ordering office supplies Personal assistance support to Senior Directors Arranging office events Dead filing Answering reception telephone Keeping office clean and tidy Diary management Manage absences and holidays Completing any other reasonable tasks that may be required as part of the role to support the office/team. The Office Administrator Must have office administration experience Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask. Flexibility to office support needs Microsoft Programs knowledge and skills Reliable and presentable In Return?
