Job Purpose
To protect and save life, property and the environment by assisting in the provision of a high quality comprehensive and pro-active service to the client by providing Occupational Health (OH) administrative support and co-ordinating the activity of the Occupational Health Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure correct receipt, processing and storage of confidential medical information.
To maintain, record, store and supply information in accordance with client and legislative policy.
The job holder will be providing a range of administrative services within the department as well as providing a central point of contact within the Commercial department.
To provide the Commercial Director / Head of Commercial and the whole Commercial department with full administration support.
To work as an integral part of the team and to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial department.
Working for a well established manufacturer well regarded in their industry, you will provide administration support to the sales and estimating teams.
