Assist in organising catering and AV equipment, occasionally helping with meeting room setup. Prepare meeting rooms for scheduled events, ensuring they are tidy and ready for use. Handle switchboard duties, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Support administrative tasks such as booking taxis, arranging couriers, and ordering flowers. Assist with stocktaking and other ad hoc administrative duties as required. ??Requirements: Proven experience in a corporate receptionist role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computerised booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance and demeanour.
