Our client is looking for 3 Customer Care Advisors to join their team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting customers mainly via phone, but also through email and live chat. This includes answering queries, resolving complaints, and assisting with delays. You will also work closely with the warehouse team to solve delivery issues and ensure accurate stock management. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned by the team leader. What's in it for you? As a Customer Care Advisor, you should be empathetic and motivational, able to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing tasks. Your excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities will contribute to providing top-quality customer service. Being a team player and having strong communication skills are also essential.
