The role is to work 3 days/week onsite in London and 2 days/week Homebased. The role will involve: - Complex Case management - Mainly metal health and long term conditions - Report Writing - You will be keeping the case under review until a successful return to work is achieved. - You will be working as a part of an OH team of 20 consisting of Operations Manager, DSE Assessor, OH Physician and OHA's - You will be responsible for your own case load in this role - This includes carrying out the initial assessment, issuing reports to the client with any recommendations / adjustments and keeping the case under review until a successful return to work is achieved. - Its important that you are confident in prioritising your own workload and managing your own time. - You will have help from a Booking Administrator to book the initial assessment but any follow up/review will be your responsibility To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and report writing experience Salary: up to £50,000 pro rata Benefits
