We have been awarded the Health Assessment Advisory Service contract for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in South East England, London, and East Anglia.
This new service will launch in 2024 and will run for at least five years.

To carry out out telephone, video and/ or face-to-face functional assessments to establish any functional restriction caused by a claimant's health condition and or disability and to evaluate the overall functional effects on their everyday life, following the PIP and/or WCA guidelines.
Assessors will be expected to use DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) processes and systems and conduct high quality assessments in an empathetic and professional manner.
