We are looking for passionate complaint handlers who want to find fair outcomes for customers to join a motor finance provider in Newport.
The role is initially full time on site with opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after 2 3 months and passing sign off.
You will be communicating with the customer and third parties to understand the situation in detail, reviewing facts and evidence, and concluding the outcome in a final letter.
The Higher Clerical Assistant/Word Processor Operator roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team and other Social Worker and Personal Adviser teams in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in call handling, data inputting and database maintenance whilst working to agreed standards and strict deadlines.

The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London.
