Our client is an International logistics service provider; due to increased demand they are currently looking for a Junior Freight Forwarder, to learn all forwarding activities relating to sea-freight imports and trailer shipments.
As Junior Freight Forwarder, you'll l iais e with overseas agents / customers / hauliers handling all aspects of deep-sea import movements from start to finish on a day-to-day basis.
This is a full-time, permanent position joining their team in Ongar .

You will play a vital role in maintaining our standards of excellence by ensuring that all received goods meet our strict quality and compliance requirements.
You will do whatever is needed around the service to ensure that is runs smoothly and safely, including things like; escorting tradesmen when they are in the building, assist with moving of furniture and/or equipment and undertaking maintenance tasks around the Home, which could be painting and decorating, plumbing, electrical, joinery and any other task within your capabilities.
We are looking for someone with previous experience, perhaps in a similar general maintenance role or as a tradesperson, but you will need to have a positive disposition, be flexible and show an appreciation that you will be working in someone's home.
As our handyperson of the service, you will work as part of the staff team liaising with the service manager and senior staff to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds.
