We are currently recruiting for a temporary School Cleaner with an Enhanced DBS for a friendly school based in the Enfield area. Duties will include general cleaning such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing & emptying bins. Applicants are required to already have a valid/in-date Enhanced DBS. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day, usually between 3pm and 6pm, depending on school requirements. Key Responsibilities ? As an Industrial Cleaner, you will report to the Traction Supervisors and ensure the efficient cleaning, preparation, and painting of motors and gearbox components in an industrial manufacturing environment. Your role will involve: ?? Timely cleaning of industrial components with the aid of COSHH assessed substances, while working to strict deadlines ?? Using dry ice blasting equipment or industrial wash machines to clean motors, gearboxes, and miscellaneous components ?? Moving and preparing materials as necessary to support production activities ?? Recycling (and/or reusing) waste/consumable materials as per Company requirements ?? Taking responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by ensuring control measures are in place, supporting the zero harm culture, and actively reporting near misses, accidents/incidents ?? Participating in continuous improvement activities and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the production area ?? Contributing to quality, cost, and delivery performance targets set by the company ?? What we're looking for ?? To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: ?? Experience in a production environment ?? Ability to work with small parts and follow technical instructions and/or diagrams ?? Previous use of power tools, ideally blast machinery for cleaning of surface materials ?? Any mechanical knowledge would be beneficial ?? Previous experience as an operator or working in an assembly or manufacturing process would be highly advantageous ?? Key Responsibilities: Planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative user product testing Recruitment of participants for product testing e.g. focus groups, interviews, surveys etc. Facilitating and managing the different stages of planned research Analysing and presenting the results of the user testing Creating static and video content for social media primarily TikTok and Instagram Regular engagement with community to raise awareness of the product Research and planning of potential future podcast guests Increasing signups to our product launch waitlist About you: Excellent communication and organisation, written and verbal skills Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities Meticulous attention to detail with high quality standards Proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude Having a deep understanding of what makes our brand unique and are passionate about communicating that message to the world Have a passion for making sustainable products more convenient and accessible A drive to tackle taboos about menstruation Background/Experience: Test and learn approach to campaign activity Understanding of top-level data analytics and insights Min. 1 year experience in a social media/consumer engagement-based role ideally in an eCommerce/D2C brand Knowledge and experience in creating content on TikTok and Instagram using relevant editing software e.g. CapCut, Canva Experience and or high-level understanding in using qualitative and quantitative research methods These are our ideal requirements, but we know some people are less likely to apply for the role unless they are 100% qualified.
