Looking preferably for someone that is used to the Mosaic computer system and the work will be predominantly S.42's, safeguarding work. My client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Business Support Assistant. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nottingham, NG2. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed general administrator with a keen eye for detail. Duties of the Business Support Assistant will include: Assist with the processing of educational penalty notices. Communicate effectively with the team via Microsoft tools. Receive and deal with emails, telephone calls as well as ensuring that visitors to the section are dealt with appropriately. To create, develop and maintain information systems and processes including Microsoft office packages to produce reports to assist services and officers across the department To undertake reception duties, meet and greet visitors, provide direction and give advice and guidance to basic enquiries To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant experience of working within a busy office environment. Experience of providing business support in an office environment. Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and where appropriate confidentiality Significant experience and competence using IT and common business support packages including word processing and spreadsheets Experience of providing information to the public or customers using good communication skills Experience of using defined business processes and giving guidance on them to colleagues This post is full time 37 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
