You will be covering patient care for conditions such as diabetes, administering medication, catheterisation, palliative care, compression bandaging, wound management and pressure ulcer care.
You will be working as part of a community nursing team covering hours between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday.

We are currently looking for an experienced SEND Care Support Worker/Teaching Assistant who is a dedicated and passionate individual looking for a long-term role in SEND school setting in Barking and Dagenham.
The ideal candidate would have experience with care-based support, experience with personal care, feeding, moving, and handling is desirable.
Our school caters for children and young people from 5-16 years old with varied SEND needs such as Profound Multiple learning difficulties, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties, severe learning difficulties and speech and language communication difficulties.
