Ensure the social support of residents - e.g., encouraging/facilitating their interests and meaningful activities.
Provide and deliver a comprehensive care and support service including all elements of personal care and hygiene, while maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
Assist where required in resident's health and well-being including nutrition, medication/creams, mobility, shopping/health appointments and supporting/welcome their visitors.

As a Recovery Worker you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction.
The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.
Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery and lead in delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
