The Intensive Support Service has been developed to provide bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.
As a support worker you will be provided with support and direction from the support co-ordinator and service manager.
The service will operate 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults.
Our children's homes across Greater Manchester work with young people with Autism, learning difficulties and other complex support needs as well as helping children who have suffered trauma or display Emotional Behavioural Difficulties as well as Harmful Sexual Behaviours.
