This is a key role within the company, being responsible for purchasing all of the goods needed as directed by the client team and resources needed for the smooth running of our busy studio.

Our client, a highly successful international business is looking to appoint an experienced Meat Buyer with specific experience of purchasing large quantities of raw meat - upwards of 5 tons per day, along with the connections and relationships with meat suppliers both in the UK and abroad.
With the primary focus on acquiring consistent and large volumes of meat the position requires you to do the same for the acquisition of seafood (tough the tonnage is not as high).
