DCS are currently Recruiting for a Senor Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company based in Preston working on commercial refit projects around the North West.
To ensure the commercial and contractual performance of designated projects is correctly managed and to ensure the company objectives are achieved or exceeded in respect of profitability and cash flow, in accordance with company procedures and core values.

Role Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to join a Local Authority's Resources Directorate within the Property and Asset Management Division.
Additionally, this role involves designing and managing both minor and major contracts, delivering our Planned Maintenance Programme, and overseeing contracts and service level agreements for property services provision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, inspection, and monitoring of our mechanical building services and equipment, under the direction of the M&E Maintenance and Compliance Manager.
