We're recruiting an Office Administrator to provide admin support for our client based in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied administrative role, where your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Looking after our client's CRM database, providing research and market mapping support and even flexing your creative muscles with some CV formatting and new role advertisements.
You'll be office-based until fully trained then move to a hybrid working pattern of 2 days remote with 3 days in the office.
You will assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the office by assisting with general administrative tasks, typing of digital dictation and providing support for the Fee Earners, to ensure an efficient service is delivered to all clients.
Our client is looking for a Family Law PA to join the team.
In addition you will ensure the needs of clients are met to the highest standard whilst adopting the Solicitors Code of Conduct and adhering to our policies and procedures.
