Location: Pontypridd Artis are proud to be representing a leading food and drink manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products. There is now an opening for a management accountant to join the ever growing team. This role is on site 5 days a week. You will support the Financial Controller in monitoring and driving the financial performance of the plant. The Role Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Technical close in SAP. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets. Cost Analysis: Analyse production costs, overhead expenses, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency. Upload monthly accounts (P&L / balance sheet), and additional KPIs for group consolidation team. Verify and align intercompany balances with management accountants of other plants. Managing, reviewing and monitoring the cost accounting process to control current and future operations The Person You are CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or studying. You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience, experience in one of the Big 4 is advantageous You have good communication skills You have excellent knowledge of IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
