A fantastic opportunity for a personable Night Manager to join our client, a luxury and prestigious residential community in Windsor. Working four nights on/four nights off, the successful candidate will be a key part of the front of house team as the resident's first point of contact and is responsible for night-time security and building management. Hours - 8pm - 8am (four nights on/ four nights off) Location - Windsor Please note this role is subject to a DBS check. Key Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV equipment. Patrolling premises regularly. Occasional bar work - including serving, tidying and restaurant table set up after dinners. Set up/ breakdown of furniture pre and post events. Report on any irregularities, record observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities. Ensure bins are rotated / taken up on correct nights before collection. Investigate disturbances. Answer Warden Call and attend apartments to assess situation and take action according to company policy. Check communal areas for any repairs and either fix/ record/ report. Perform light night-time housekeeping duties such as wiping, dusting and general tidying, check/ change light bulbs. Ad-hoc administration tasks. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries. Assist residents with queries. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable. Ensure deliveries and post is distributed according to company guidelines. Deal with complaints or problems and escalating when necessary. Be prepared to work additional hours if required. Other duties as required. Key skills: Customer-focused with a personable attitude. Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/ protocols. Surveillance skills and detail orientation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English (oral and written). Integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Health and Safety qualification eg IOSH Supervising Safely. First Aid training is desirable. Please note this role is subject to a DBS check.
