This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for a candidate with a proven track record of school improvement and the ability to inspire a learning community. Main Areas of Responsibility: Provide leadership and management to secure high-quality teaching and learning, raising standards of achievement. Foster a positive ethos that reflects the Academy's commitment to high achievement, effective teaching and learning, and good relationships. Build confidence in the leadership and management among staff, governors, and parents. Ensure staff and governors recognise their accountability and contribute fully to policy development and implementation. Thorough knowledge and understanding of current curriculum developments and student learning strategies. Experience in leadership of curriculum development, monitoring, and evaluation strategies. Proven track record of raising attainment in an urban, multi-ethnic environment. Demonstrable success in raising standards in English and Mathematics, with good knowledge of Literacy and Numeracy improvement strategies. Based out of Kettering, Northamptonshire, the client are needing a reliable driver initially for holiday cover. To be considered, you must have Hiab experience, and applicants must hold Driver Qualification Card. The shifts will be 07:00 - 17:00 and you will not drive further than 30 miles from Kettering. In the shift, you will do 2-3 drops maximum.
