Working in partnership with your job share partner, you will manage a team of NFU Group Secretaries (who also have a role with the NFU Mutual as an insurance agent), you'll support local farmers, growers and food producers by managing the NFU's work in your allocated county.
This is based on a full time equivalent of £41,000 per annum.
Job Overview: We are seeking reliable and experienced winter drivers, farmers, or agricultural contractors to support snow clearing and gritting operations for the 2024/2025 winter season.
These night work positions requires availability from October 2024 through April 2025 to ensure safety and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain equipment for snow clearing and gritting operations, ensuring safety and accessibility for businesses during winter.
Gi Group are looking for class 2 drivers / HGV 2 drivers to be supplied to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council for the Winter Services Gritting Season to start in October and end in April.
This is a part time role, 6 month contract role with vacancies at the Market Weighton depot.
Applicants must be able to reach this location within approximately 30 minutes and are urged to not apply if your commute time is greater than this.
