This Independent in-house bakery that produces sourdoughs, ciabattas, pizza dough, and sourdough sandwich trays for the company's 3 caf/ restaurants is looking for a reliable night baker for 2 nights a week to cover the full-time night baker's days off.
Duties will include all aspects of the preparation, baking and finishing of a full range of breads and sourdoughs in line with daily production targets.
Everything is finished by hand with an obsessive eye for detail.
