Warehouse Operative Location: High Wycombe Salary: £25,500 per annum Job Type: Permanent We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative with a clean driver's license to join our team in High Wycombe. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated environment and be proficient in forklift operation. Day-to-day of the role: Checking in, picking, packing, and dispatching products with precision and care. Contributing to a safe and hygienic working environment by reporting any near misses or accidents and participating in the cleaning rota. Inspecting goods upon delivery for compliance and absence of damage, and updating inventory management systems accordingly. Storing goods correctly, considering location and temperature requirements. Occasionally performing over-labelling of secondary packaging as required. Undertaking local driving duties in a Transit van for supplier collections approximately once every two weeks, within a one-hour radius of the site. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a regulated environment is preferable. Essential forklift operation experience. A clean driver's license is required for local driving duties. Familiarity with driving within a one-hour radius of High Wycombe. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
