The Recruitment Co. is recruiting for A Hotel Night Porter to join our clients hotel based in the Llanelli area. Paid Weekly! Rate of Pay: £12.00ph Hours of work: Night shifts 10pm-8am. 30 hours per week minimum. Flexibility is required as the working week will be on a rota basis and covers midweek and weekends. Contract: Permanent Duties: Looking after hotel security and guest welfare at night, maintaining excellent customer service with the hotel guests Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any issues to management Assist in setting up restaurant and event rooms ready for the next day Checking guests in/out of the hotel Serving hotel guest and customers in the Bar during busy times Cleaning the bar and lounge areas /toilets etc ensuring the hotel is at a high standard of cleanliness at all times Serving and inspecting all areas of the hotel/kitchens /laundry room etc throughout the evenings Working alone Skills required: Previous relevant experience Good customer service skills Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team If you feel you have the right experience for the above role, please submit your CV for immediate response. Main Duties: Safely transport patients to wards, clinics, and departments. Utilize a powered Bedpusher machine (once fully trained & competent). Distribute and collect post from all Trust areas. Move equipment, furniture, and beds between hospital areas as required. Assist with the distribution and collection of medical gases around the RUH site. Use a handheld device to manage assigned tasks for safe patient transportation and equipment movement. Maintain flexibility, motivation, and professionalism in your approach to work. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
