Reporting to the Headteacher, the Head of Operations will lead a team of six staff including the Premises Manager and will advise the SLT on all aspects of health & safety management and property risk queries, across two sites.
We are seeking a proactive and community minded Head of Operations to lead on all aspects of risk management and Health & Safety for this prestigious Grammar School in West Kent.
You will develop the school's strategy to ensure it is providing the best facilities for its staff and students, be proactive in maximizing lettings income, develop and manage the budget for capital projects, and facilitate and manage contracts for catering and cleaning staff.
Working alongside the wider Bookkeeping and Payroll team, you will provide end to end payroll services to your clients and will be the main point of contact for all payroll related queries.
