Role overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Employer Brand Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent and strengthen our position as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies that resonate with current and potential employees. This is a hybrid role with three days out of our Ruddington, Nottingham head office. Who are we? Strategic Development: Craft and implement an employer branding strategy aligned with our company's values, mission, and business goals. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (videos, blog posts, social media posts, etc.) that showcases our company culture, employee stories, and workplace environment. Campaign Management: Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across various channels including social media, job boards, and industry events. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment in branding efforts. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate preferences to keep our employer brand strategy fresh and relevant. Metrics and Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data to drive improvements. Anything else you should know? About the role The successful candidate will bring an innovative and creative approach to supporting the strategic direction and development of the SEN provision at Bestwood Village School. This role will involve being an active member of the senior team, and will focus on conducting assessments and referrals for new students in collaboration with the Admissions Team and Local Authorities. You will also conduct EHCP annual reviews for students. We are looking to welcome an outstanding, innovative and determined SENCO to be responsible for the strategic leadership development of Special Education Needs provision with the tenacity to turn ideas into reality. You should therefore have demonstrable experience in improving the quality of provision in an area you have led, in either a middle or senior leadership role, with a proven record of impact regarding SEN and success in achieving progress for disadvantaged students as well as strategic vision and commitment. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent management, inter-personal and organisational skills with an ability to support teams in working together, showing commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity and accountability for all.
