IT Support Engineer required by our large client in Swindon on a hybrid working basis with occasional travel to sites in the Southwest.
The IT Support Engineer will join a small team of 4 responsible for supporting 600 users across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to all end-user queries across their core desktop technologies such as MS365, InTune, Sharepoint, Azure AD.

Reporting into the Enterprise Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting the business by delivering business transformation projects, assisting with re-sites, network planning and maintenance, providing DMZ services, managing projects tasks, and providing support to the business on technical infrastructure matters.
You will already be familiar with delivering complex infrastructure solutions, from desktop / PC solutions to complex datacentre configurations and everything in between.

As a Broker Administrator, you'll split your time between working three days from home and two days in the office, within the hours of 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
