Key Responsibilities: Fire Protection Services: Installation, and maintenance of fire protection services, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and related safety equipment. Security Systems, Access Control & CCTV: Install, and maintain advanced security systems, access control, and CCTV solutions, utilizing the latest technology to enhance overall security measures. Emergency Lighting: Implement and maintain emergency lighting systems, guaranteeing visibility and safety during power outages or emergency situations. Planned Reactive Maintenance: Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance activities, responding promptly to service calls to address issues and uphold the reliability of fire and security systems. Fire & Security Maintenance: Manage routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarms, extinguishers, and other critical components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Proven experience in full design, installation, and maintenance of fire and security systems. In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, extinguishers, security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency lighting. Relevant qualifications and certifications in fire and security engineering.
