They are looking for a motivated Administrator within the Asset Team - this is one of the most exciting areas of growth within the business - adopting gas and electricity networks as they are constructed - taking on the responsibility for managing asset data and records, network maintenance and providing end customer services. As Asset Analyst/Administrator, you will receive all the training and support necessary to maintain the asset data that underpins the business portfolio to maximise their lifetime revenue, while helping to resolve queries. You will: Provide first-class front-line support for the business network and meter assets to ensure a best-in-class service is provided. Ensure 100% of asset data and records are captured and kept up to date and accurate within specified SLAs. Maintain asset data to maximise the lifetime revenue. Ensuring the meter databases and industry registers are accurate through exception reporting and reconciliations. Track and recover meter assets that have been removed. Maintain the network systems to ensure they reflect the growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing following meter installation. Assist in the maintenance of routine KPI reporting for the senior management team. Ensure service SLAs are achieved and that customers' needs are met, including responding to customer queries, to provide a best-in-class service. Do you have the required skills and attributes? As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks and providing support to the office team.
