You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including viewings, tenancy audits, exchanges, pre-termination visits, block inspections, abandoned dwellings and pursuing no access, as well as management of low level anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupation, neighbour disputes and environmental issues such as fly tipping, untidy gardens and enforcement of tenancy conditions.
Your new role
Undertake a range of visits including viewings, audits, exchange inspections, attending evictions and other tenancy management functions, such as dealing with relationship breakdowns, unauthorised occupation including tenancy fraud and dealing with failures to allow access.
2 x full time Tenancy Compliance Advisers will join the Neighbourhood Managers with the purpose of promoting a positive landlord/ tenant relationship, based on compliance with the tenancy agreement, through engagement with residents, early intervention, and monitoring of agreements to address poor property conditions.
