Our client, a leading Housing Association across the South of England is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Neighbourhood Officer to cover a patch in North West London.
The Neighbourhood Officer will be responsible for managing mixed tenure properties, providing a first class customer service to tenants and leaseholders in relation to all tenancy management issues.
This is a hybrid role, you will attend the office once a week.

To act as a regular and visible presence on estates, taking action to make sure estates are safe and well maintained and provide advice, information and reports on any housing management matter.

Our Client Lambeth Council is looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team.
To provide a proactive and customer focused housing management service across a designated area and to ensure that the Council fulfils its legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders.
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit Neighbourhood Officers on an ongoing, temporary basis in the Warrington area where you will be responsible for a patch of approximately 650 properties.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including viewings, tenancy audits, exchanges, pre-termination visits, block inspections, abandoned dwellings and pursuing no access, as well as management of low level anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupation, neighbour disputes and environmental issues such as fly tipping, untidy gardens and enforcement of tenancy conditions.
Your new role
Undertake a range of visits including viewings, audits, exchange inspections, attending evictions and other tenancy management functions, such as dealing with relationship breakdowns, unauthorised occupation including tenancy fraud and dealing with failures to allow access.
To provide a personal holistic housing management service to a key group of residents.
Your work will support the Resident Promise, working alongside residents you will be an advocate on their behalf within the organisation to support excellent service delivery.
