The role
You will be the lead and designated "competent person" for all health and safety.
This role will require the successful candidate to ensure that health and safety objectives are met, including setting the organisational strategy for health and safety.
It will require frequent travel, generally within a specified region but occasionally throughout the wider Thames Water supply area.
The role is primarily field-based, with some hybrid working.
In this role, you will help deliver our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Strategy and ensure compliance with the Thames Water management system, standards, processes, and procedures.
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to take on the important role of Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE) Manager, based in Staines.
This is an important role, ensuring that a positive health and safety culture is instilled company wide.
You will also be communicating with both our office and field-based teams on best practices across several policy and risk management areas.
