We have a fantastic opportunity here at Age UK to join our National Advice Line as a Customer Adviser.
As a Customer Adviser, you will be playing an important role in this vital service; providing information and advice for older people in need, and signposting them, their families, carers and other professionals to relevant bodies that can help with their specific requirements.
We are still in a cost-of-living crisis and the proposed changes to the winter fuel payment criteria mean that many older people in the UK are in desperate need of advice and support.
This is a full time role working 38 hours per week with shifts Sunday 13:30 - 22:00, Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00.

You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.

As a 3.5 ton Driver, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you'll be professional, driven and enthusiastic.
The 3.5 ton Driver role reports into the branch management team and will provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers, and will deliver products to our customers against some very tight deadlines.
