This is an opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a well-known Nottingham based retailer for a 12 month maternity cover contract.
This is a diverse business with multiple brands so you will be responsible for sharing news about everything they do across all levels of the organisation.
This will be on a hybrid basis, with three days working from their offices in Nottingham and two days working from home.
We are currently looking for an Outreach Adviser to join our vibrant and committed Outreach team in the Midlands on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract, there will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or to be extended.
General
The post holder will support our national Asylum Services to support our most vulnerable asylum seekers across the UK through a mixture of telephone and face to face advice.
The successful candidate will be client focused and an excellent listener, have demonstrable experience working with people in sensitive and emotionally demanding situations and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Undertake direct work with children/young people and their families/carers as appropriate and agreed by the team manager.
Under the direction of the social worker, liaise with NCC colleagues, partner agencies and other professionals in order to commission services, share information and keep all parties updated regarding circumstances and plans for children/young people.
To work alongside Childrens Disability Service social workers and undertake specified work that does not need to be undertaken by a qualified worker, enabling work to be progressed more efficiently and ensuring best outcomes for children and young people.
