Your new company I am working with a well-established residential children's home in Warrington, providing person-centred support and care for children and young people aged 6 to 18 years. Our home caters to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Autism. Your new role Support children and young people in their daily routines. Foster a safe and nurturing environment. Manage challenging behaviour effectively. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external agencies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. What you'll need to succeed Experience working with vulnerable children or adults is preferred, but if you have the right motivations or lived experience, this can be accepted too. Comfortable dealing with challenging situations and ability to be adaptable Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in residential care Passionate about promoting the well-being and development of children and young people Full UK driving licence What you'll get in return Competitive pay starting at £13.50 per hour with £30 sleep in allowance. Based on 10 long day sleeps a month, you will earn £29500. You will receive full induction and online training, as well as be enroled onto your level 4, fully paid for by the company.
