Assess patients' physical and mental condition, regularly evaluating responses to treatment and interventions. ? Continuously monitor patients' vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate to detect any changes or signs of deterioration. ? Proficient in operating and monitoring life-support equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps. ? Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, explaining procedures, treatment plans, and answering questions to alleviate anxiety and promote understanding. ? Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, providing immediate interventions to stabilize patients. Requirements: ? NMC registration and PIN ?
