Our client, Calderdale Royal Hospital, are looking for a Team Leader to join their Team.
The role of Team Leader is to deputise for the Team Manager and assist in managing a Community team.
The role is to provide professional support to the team and to support the Manager to ensure that resources, including staffing resources are effectively co-ordinated, deployed and managed.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring each child/young person is thoroughly assessed for their needs and has a formally developed Care Plan, involving the child/young person, their family, relatives, or an advocate as required.
The Team Leader ensures that care is provided in accordance with these Care Plans, collaborating with the Responsible Authority's Social Worker and Senior Care Staff to develop and review individual Care Plans regularly.

As a Team Leader you will ensure that all duties performed by reporting staff meet required standards and contribute positively to a happy, efficient, and homely atmosphere within the Home.
As a Team Leader you will supervise and motivate a team of support workers to ensure the highest quality of care and support is offered to our service users.
