Our In House Client based in Chelmsford is looking for a Practice Nurse Team Leader role to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team.
The Clinical Lead will provide supervision, management, leadership and support to the Nursing staff and Care Practitioners and will work closely with the other home managers to ensure that the companies philosophy of care is adhered to while care is delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.

Up to date clinical skill considering syringe driver, catheters, pegs, venipuncture.
Additional responsibilities include ordering and booking in medication, an excellent knowledge base of care planning and associated electronic systems is also required in order to manage care planning and required reviewing process.
