The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in collaboration with consultants and the multidisciplinary team will provide direct patient care within a specialist surgical hospital, and support the Director of Advanced Practice in delivering key performance targets.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions, including the delivery of acute care services across specialisms including Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Neurologic, Spinal, Gastrointestinal, and Orthopaedics surgery.
This is mainly a Monday to Friday role with some weekend shifts too, in addition to potential night-based shifts in the future as the service continues to develop
