This role will be supporting children with complex learning difficulties, children who may require medical intervention and personal care.
We are looking for a passionate individual who has either experience or a passion to work with children with SEND, particularly Complex Needs; PMLD, Hearing impairment, speech and language difficulties, and severe mobility issues.
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students or adults with complex or PMLD needs will be helpful.
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Shoreham by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
