The main function of the role
To undertake surveys and reports, relating to the condition of the housing stock, that will inform strategic investment decisions, in addition to determining the age and lifetime of key building components (e.g., roof, windows, kitchens and bathrooms).
Conducting assessments with empathy and professionalism.
Analysing complex medical information to make fair decisions.
General
We offer a basic salary starting at £35,000, with rise to £36,000 upon achieving department-approved status, along with a potential quality bonus of 10% paid monthly.

You will support the work the organisation are doing around health, building safety and compliance made up of committed individuals who form the compliance team
The primary focus of the role is on fire safety, responsible for carrying out a number of fire and building safety related activities, such as weekly testing of fire alarms, monthly testing of emergency lighting, general site inspections and audits, fire door inspections, management of fire risk actions arising from fire risk assessments via a cloud-based system and other property related compliance duties.
