Based at either our High Wycombe or Watford offices, the Sales Manager - Assets will be responsible for commercial and business development for our Used Equipment sales and marketing across the world.

Duties and responsibilities as Assistant Building Manager
Assist the Building Manager in Facilities management and H&S compliance of both the commercial and residential aspects within the building.
To act as a point of contact for the building, the Managing Agent, and the Client/Landlord, in all of your activities as Assistant Building Manager.

About the role
Supervise and monitor the issuing of Licenses, Alterations and Sublets in accordance with the lease.
The Block Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential, and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
