Finance Planning & Analysis Daily Rate: Up to £450 (dependent on experience) Location: Gillingham Job Type: Interim Availability: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional for an interim position. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a proven track record of successful interim projects. This role involves providing critical financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day of the role: Develop financial models and conduct analysis to support strategic initiatives. Analyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement. Coordinate with various departments to prepare financial plans and budgets. Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against the budget. Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting trends and analysing variances. Assist with the forecasting process and analyse financial risks. Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong background in interim project work. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
