CONVEYANCING LEGAL SECRETARY ST ALBANS, HERTS £20K - £28K QED Legal are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join their client's reputable law firm based in Radlett, Herts on full time basis and on-site. The ideal candidate will have min 1 yr experience within a Residential Conveyancing department as a Secretary. You will be experienced of SDLT Returns and Land Registry, as well as assisting on general leasehold, freehold matters. You must have good telephone manners, can do audio typing, and efficient general office skills. You will also have understanding of private client terminology. Key duties will include: Take ownership of all design strategy from concept to execution, with all on and off-line content. Lead and innovate on brand identity across multiple media's. Continuously deliver outstanding graphic design outcomes with novel but polished ideas for imagery, layout and artwork. Lead on all social media content design and on photography for all design formats. As a small team, it's essential that the creative team maintains a strong presence throughout the business and as such we're looking for good communicators. Graduates are also welcomed into this environment, but it is essential that there is some tangible professional & placement experience to be considered too. Attention to detail, systems skills (including knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud) and an all round 'hands-on' attitude are key, as duties will vary during busy times, but this is genuinely a chance for the successful applicant to make a name for themselves, owning process and design for a rapidly growing business.
