We are a directly authorised brokerage looking for, ideally, an experienced Mortgage Advisor/broker wanting to take their career to the next level. Your responsibilities will include: Proactively generate new business from new and existing clients Support in every aspect of buying a home from offering on a the property to completion Conduct client meetings either face to face/in office or remotely Identify financial solutions giving full advice for both mortgage and protection Exceed business plan and goals, generating a six figure salary Collaborate with lead generators for maximum business Coordinate with lenders for suitable products and to generate offers Ensure compliant documentation per FCA and company guidelines The Person: CEMAP qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS) Be driven and motivated by reward and success Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence We holds strong values that are the foundation of how we treat our clients and employees, and the candidate should demonstrate matching values. This is a self employed role with the potential to earn a six figure salary (uncapped).
