Due to internal promotion of the previous incumbent, we are looking for a Vice Principal to have responsibility for day-to-day curriculum leadership at Carshalton and Merton Colleges, along with responsibility cross Group for developing Inclusive Learning and opportunities for students with learning difficulties and disabilities, and for the oversight of English and Maths.
This role will be part of the wider Group Leadership Team, who have collective responsibility for the delivery of the College Vision, Strategic Plan and Objectives, as well as the Annual Operating Plan.
You will lead the Group's Inclusive Learning strategy, ensuring effective curriculum development and plans for local and regional partners are achieved, and lead the Group's English and Maths strategy, with a particular focus on 16-18 study programmes, ensuring that target income and contribution levels are achieved for High Needs Students, Additional Learning Support, and in mainstream curriculum areas for which responsible.
