Marketing Coordinator Temporary Ongoing Remote working £13ph to £15ph We are looking for a bright and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing communications and event organisation to join a successful marketing team. You will be supporting the team with event operations, generating leads, email marketing campaigns and keeping track of budgets across a global setting. Our client is a leader within their field and offer an excellent opportunity for experienced and highly organised marketing professional to further their career and working with a passionate team. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a busy and varied role, has fantastic attention to detail and able to adapt to tasks and projects that may come their way. This role will predominately be remote based so you will need a professional work from home set up, you will also be required to visit the office in Uxbridge on occasion so we require someone who lives in a commutable distance. Job duties: Working within the marketing team support within administrative and marketing support tasks Supporting the development of marketing programs to engage customers and prospective clients Assisting with the ongoing email marketing campaigns and providing operational and administrative support for events and webinars Providing support by copywriting, editing and proofing marketing materials Managing and coordinating project and promotional plans, lead generation, budget reporting and monitoring, research tasks Providing logistical support for events ensuring the team have the right equipment and promotional merchandise (will include putting together gift bags and packs) Adhoc marketing tasks such as generating social media posts and assisting with preparing for offline marketing materials Job Requirements Work at home set up (laptop provided) Prior experience within marketing will be required for this role Exceptional organisation skills and proven experience in working in a demanding and multi-faceted role Experience working with an admin role that required lots of coordinating and organising A passion within marketing communication and project coordination Experience with Salesforce and Webinar tools would be advantageous Please note that this will be a full-time and temporary position within a global business so if you are immediately available and have experience within marketing, communications or project management please apply today!
