This popular menswear brand is looking for a merchandising admin assistant to join its team on a permanent basis.They are a multi-channel British retailer, specialising in dress shirts, ties, suits, casualwear, shoes, and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have a relative degree, will be highly proficient on Excel and previous merchandising experience would be a bonus.
As an MAA, you will be responsible for loading purchase orders, carrying out seasonal sizing analysis, monitoring and maintaining accurate delivery schedules, acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and building an effective relationship with the buying team.
Role Summary: Primary purpose of the Merchandising Admin Assistant is to manage the administration around the product critical path, from initial buy to warehouse.

This entails the set up and maintenance of all reporting and intake documents, forecasting at line/size level, ad hoc analysis as required and supporting the Line Manager in all aspects of their role.
