As the Merchandising Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across all aspects of trading, merchandise planning, and forecasting. Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, SOR's, and RTV's. Manage stock visibility on the website by assigning badges to products (i.e., Back in Stock, More Coming Soon). Prepare weekly reports to monitor the department's performance and highlight key insights to the team. Provide administrative support as required to support the department. Requirements: Strong analytical skills and exceptional numeric ability. Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.
