We are working with a large, successful and forward-thinking secondary school in Lancing who require a learning support mentor to work with small groups of students to start as soon as possible.
At Engage, we know that a school runs on quality support staff.
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Shoreham by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
